Postdoctoral position in Theoretical Cosmology

Applications are invited for a post-doctoral position in theoretical cosmology at the Lorentz Institute for Theoretical Physics at Leiden University. The applicant will research on topics that interface early and late universe cosmology with particle physics phenomenology, with applicants specializing in the theory of large scale structure formation especially encouraged to apply.

The position will be for two years, renewable for a third subject to performance. The applicant will primarily work with Subodh Patil and Alexey Boyarsky, although they will also have the opportunity to interact with other members of the institute with adjacent interests, including Ana Achucarro, Koenraad Schalm, and Alessandra Silvestri in addition to members of the Leiden Observatory under the aegis of the Leiden de Sitter cosmology program. The applicant will be joining a vibrant and active research ecosystem, with frequent interactions with our colleagues at other institutes in the Netherlands, including the Universities of Amsterdam, Utrecht and Groningen.
